In early August, a man was killed in an on-the-job accident while unloading bags of cement powder at a Maumee, Ohio railcar repair facility, according to The Morning Journal. The worker who was killed was a 29-year-old Perrysburg resident. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) is investigating the cause of the deadly accident. In addition, the worker’s employer released a statement that they were going to investigate the incident and are committed to finding out what caused the fatal accident.
