An experienced construction accident attorney can help the families of wrongful death victims bring those responsible for their loved one’s loss to justice. In some cases, the best option for families is to file for workers’ compensation in ohio. If the incident was not the fault of the worker’s employer or a co-worker but instead a contractor, subcontractor or manufacturer, filing a third party claim may be necessary.
