The incident took place at a storage yard in North Huntingdon, Ohio. Who Can Help Me If My Loved One Was the Victim of a Deadly Construction Accident?

Following a deadly construction accident, the last thing on the minds of the victim’s family is investigating the incident. However, the longer that people wait to look into the cause of a fatal workplace accident, the better the chance that those responsible avoid being held accountable for causing the incident. For that reason, families of deadly construction accident victims need to at least speak to an injury attorney.

An injury lawyer can talk to you about your options, including applying for workers’ compensation benefits, filing a wrongful death lawsuit or pursuing a third party claim. Even if you do not think you want to pursue legal action, you need to know what the best options are for you and your family moving forward.
