The Larrimer & Larrimer Team Strategy

A team approach to solving life’s problems is generally more effective than efforts by a single person. At Larrimer & Larrimer, we employ a similar team strategy in assisting injured workers with their workers’ compensation claims.

To be certain that your case receives the attention that it needs and deserves, a partner of the Larrimer & Larrimer law office will serve as the lead attorney on your claim. Our attorneys are attached to a particular geographic area of the state. In this way, we are able to build relationships with the health care professionals whose input and services are an integral part of your claim.

Each lead attorney is supported by a legal assistant who is also assigned to your case. This allows you, our client, to maintain a consistent relationship with the legal professionals who are directly responsible to you for the management of your claim. Like our attorneys, our legal assistants handle only workers’ compensation cases.
The most important member of the team assigned to each claim, however, is you. In making your decision on whether to retain us, please remember that there is no fee for an initial consultation. In fact, if you decide to retain our law office, we will represent you on a contingency fee basis. If you do not succeed with your claim, and/or if you do not receive any compensation as a result of the successful disposition of the claim, then no attorney fee will be assessed.

We take great pride in being responsive to our clients’ needs and questions. Should you retain us to represent you, you can schedule an attorney office conference whenever one is needed. In addition, you can always contact us via telephone, voicemail, and e-mail. In this way, you can rest assured that we have received your inquiry – and that we will reply as soon as we have obtained the information you have requested.

No attorney can guarantee a favorable result. At Larrimer & Larrimer, however, we guarantee a 110% effort to obtain favorable results for our clients within the Ohio workers’ compensation system. We encourage you to call for an attorney appointment or contact us via e-mail. In addition, since our office has been representing injured workers fro 80 years, we recommend that you ask friends, family members, and co-workers about us. You may be surprised – we may already have represented someone you know.
