Paul R. Goodburn, Jr.


Years of experience spent representing employers provide Mr. Goodburn with unique perspective and skills in assisting injured workers. Prior to joining Larrimer & Larrimer in October 2005, he oversaw the Ohio workers’ compensation practice for the largest labor and employment law firm in the United States. While employed there, he represented regional, national, and international corporate clients in countless workers’ compensation proceedings before the Industrial Commission, as well as in Ohio’s state courts. Additionally, he has represented management clients in a wide range of labor, employment, and commercial law matters arising under both federal and state law.

Mr. Goodburn earned his B.A. degree in English Literature from the Ohio State University in 1994. He earned his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law in 1998. While in law school, Mr. Goodburn served as President of the Student Bar Association. Immediately following his graduation from law school, he served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Lisa L. Sadler of the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County.

Mr. Goodburn is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.

Mr. Goodburn is a resident attorney in Larrimer & Larrimer’s Zanesville office.



Practice consists of exclusively representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Industrial Commission of Ohio.
