Kevin J. Larrimer
Attorney Kevin J. Larrimer is the son of Dr. Nye R. Larrimer, the eldest
of seven children of the firm’s founder, Richard N. Larrimer. Born
in Columbus, Ohio, he is a 1988 graduate of the Columbus Academy, whose
football team he helped lead to an undefeated season and the 1987 OHSAA
Division IV State Championship.
Kevin Larrimer went on to graduate from the University of Michigan with
a B.A. degree in French in 1993. Upon completing his college education,
he worked for a year as a paralegal for Attorney James C. Ayers, a former
assistant attorney general and trial attorney who specializes in workers’
compensation jury trials.
Kevin then attended and graduated from Capital University Law School in
Columbus, Ohio in 1997. Over this period, Kevin began to work at Larrimer
& Larrimer in 1995 as a legal assistant and researcher in the preparation
of workers’ compensation claims for hearing before the Industrial
Commission of Ohio.
Upon completion of law school, Kevin was sworn in to practice before both
the State and Federal bars in 1998. Since that time, he has become a partner
of Larrimer & Larrimer and limited his practice to the representation
of injured workers before the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Industrial
Commission and Courts of Commons Pleas of the State of Ohio.
Attorney Kevin Larrimer represents those injured workers whose claims are
administered by either the Dayton or Springfield BWC service offices. This
includes hearing representation before the Dayton Industrial Commission
and Springfield Industrial Commission as well as court appearances in Madison,
Clark, Union, Champaign, Greene, Montgomery, Miami, Shelby and Darke counties.
Mr. Larrimer is also an active member in good standing of the Ohio State,
Columbus and American Bar Associations.
With almost ten years experience dedicated solely to the representation
of injured workers before the State of Ohio, Attorney Kevin Larrimer looks
